That’s why we stand behind our craftsmanship with a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to the terms below.

WHAT OUR LIFETIME WARRANTY COVERS

Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects that arise from the materials or workmanship of the product.

This may include:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Structural defects resulting from production
  • Defects in workmanship
  • Premature failure caused by a manufacturing fault

If your piece develops a problem that appears to be the result of a manufacturing defect, contact us.

Our team will assess the piece and determine the appropriate solution.

Depending on the circumstances, we may repair or replace the item.

WHAT OUR LIFETIME WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or external factors.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Scratches and surface marks
  • Dents caused by impact
  • Bending or deformation
  • Damage caused by excessive force
  • Damage caused by chemicals or corrosive substances
  • Improper care or storage
  • Modifications or repairs performed by third parties
  • Loss or theft
  • Normal cosmetic changes resulting from regular wear
  • Natural tarnishing or oxidation of sterling silver


A NOTE ABOUT STERLING SILVER

925 sterling silver is a precious metal that naturally reacts with its environment.

Over time, silver may develop a darker or warmer appearance due to oxidation and exposure to air, moisture, cosmetics, perfumes and other substances.

Natural tarnishing is not considered a manufacturing defect and is therefore not covered by the Lifetime Warranty.

The good news: sterling silver can be cleaned and polished, allowing your piece to regain its original character.

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

If you believe your piece has developed a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Care team.

Include:

1. Your order number

2. Your name

3. Photographs of the piece

4. A description of the issue

Our team may request additional photographs or information to properly assess the claim.

Please do not send an item to us before receiving return instructions.
