Arrows in the Hands of God

The greatest example to ever walk the Earth is our Savior, Jesus Christ. He is the perfect standard of love, righteousness, and obedience to God, and we are called to follow in His footsteps. Our greatest goal in life should be to become more like Him.

Jesus is the center of everything. From beginning to end, all creation, all history, and all Scripture point to Him. He is the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the fulfillment of God’s perfect plan.

We are arrows in the hands of God, and an arrow is useless if it is not available to the archer. To be effective, an arrow must be carefully shaped, sharpened, and fully surrendered to the one who aims and releases it. Likewise, we must be willing and ready in God’s hands, allowing Him to direct our path toward His perfect purpose. May Jesus be the center of our lives, our aim, and our greatest pursuit.

Our goal is not perfection by our own strength, but transformation through Christ. Every day is an opportunity to grow in faith, to surrender more of ourselves, and to allow God to shape us into arrows that fly straight toward His will. May we always be available in His hands, ready to be sent wherever He calls.
